Beet-pickled Deviled Eggs

A.k.a pink eggs.
These little ones get all the attention at the table. They are the perfect appetizers...and again, they are pink.

You can find many recipes online, I pickled them with the beet like here, but I used a different filling.
Filling:
chicken liver pate + sweet mustard + beet-pickled horse radish.
I think they turned out pretty nice.
