You will need:
2 wild garlic handfulls
50g walnuts
50g almonds
100 ml olive oil
50g parmesan
Method:
Put them all in a blender and chop them and mix them until you get the desired consistency.
Serve it on pasta, on meats, on grilled vegetables or as a sauce for everything basically. Just don't plan a romantic date afterwards because it is garlic and it is...wild. Pun intended!
