What we had for dinner. Shrimps and broccoli. Stir-fry

Simple, delicious, a personal favourite.

Tip: After you boil the broccoli, turn off the heat and scoop it out. Then, put the florets into a bowl of iced water. Let them get cold, then drain. This way, if you blanch it, it will remain green and it will stop the cooking.
