So, this is what we ate, schnitzel. Lightly hammer the veal, salt it, roll it in flour, then in beated eggs, then in bread crumbs. Fried and very much enjoyed.
Traditionally served with potato salad and lemon, I served it with mashed potatoes and pickles!!!
Snitel vienez
Asta am mancat noi ieri, snitel. Vita batuta cu ciocanelul,
sarata, data prin faina, apoi prin ou, apoi prin pesmet. Prajit apoi si
savurat. In mod traditional e servit cu salata de cartofi si lamaie, dar acum
l-am servit cu piure de cartofi si muraturi!!!
